My review weightings seem to be restricted for 5* reviews

In the last month I have only received 5* and 4* ratings on one of my ASINs. However, Amazon is increasing the % weighting on my 1*, 2* and 3* ratings and decreasing the rating on my 5* ratings which just makes no sense.

Has anyone had this happen to them and if so, have you found a solution?
