My tracking numbers are not clickable at my end
I have a click-and-drop personal account that is connected to my Amazon store and when I buy labels from Royal Mail and then paste the tracking number in, it is never clickable and doesn’t give updates in the same way as it would when I buy the label on Amazon.
I tried making it so that click and drop marks it as dispatched and uploads the tracking number to Amazon but I still get the same result.
I am wondering if that is how it will look from both ends. I am concerned that Customers could just say the item was not delivered and Amazon wouldn’t even bother to check the number.
Is this normal and some way for Amazon to try and force people to buy the label on their platform?
I can’t get an OBA account unfortunately and I can’t buy Tracked 24 on the Amazon platform so I am left with no option other than to buy my labels on a personal click-and-drop account or send 1st class recorded(which I’ve discovered are often late and go missing a lot more than my tracked 24).
Any help would be cool.

It’s not you , it’s the way the system works
You can still copy and paste them into the rm track and trace website to see the delivery details
