Need help please!
Hello,
Suspended account, in limbo mode. Need help.
So everything was provided a very long time ago. The account was suspended for a while. However, I did receive a notification once and it said
" Dear Seller,
Good news! Your Selling on Amazon payment account has been activated.
We will get in touch with you if we need more information. "
However, right after this I got a notification that said
" Dear Seller,
We were unable to verify the information you
provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and,
as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened.
Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell
on Amazon. "
Nothing is making sense to me all documents were provided. Everything is complete I do not understand why the account is not active for this long. Nothing is making sense to me. Now on the main page it says
“Amazon has suspended your Seller Account. Please refer to the email from Amazon to learn more about the status of your account. Read more”
When you click on read more it takes you to the notifications where I once got approved and then did not get approved. When I try to write something in contact us, the case always gets transferred and there are no replies. I am confused and I do not understand what is going on. Please help.
