Need some pointers with Amazon's "Buy Shipping"
Summery:
Item shipped with Amazon’s “Buy Shipping”. Item’s 2D code showed item was delivered, but buyer says it was not. Buyer filed AtoZ and was decided in their favour.
Question 1. How do I make a claim if Amazon purchases the shipping?
Question 2. I know Amazon does not take into account delivered items that are not signed for. Is there a way to appeal the AtoZ here?

Which service did you use? If it was standard 1st / 2nd Class without a linked Royal Mail account then I would claim here:

If you have a Royal Mail account linked to Amazon then check the terms of your contract.
