New seller- Amazon seller account fee, VAT and shipping
hello, I m new here I hope to get some help.
My physical store is in Cyprus- EU, and I have recently opened a seller account and activated market places - Uk and Germany for FBA.
-
do I need to pay the professional account fee of 29.75 pounds per month. for each market separately for 29.75 for Uk and 29.75 for Germany.? or it’s one Charge of 29.75/month per seller account for all market access
-
do I need to ship my products separately to UK and Germany warehouses for FBA or to just anyone of them will do?
-
my company is VAT registered in Cyprus(EU) is it fine to sell in both markets UK and Germany? or do I need to register for VAT in countries that I sell in EU or UK.?
-
what is very confusing is…when I want to ship my products, for example, 100 pieces of BIO SOAP, do I need to Pack each soap separately and individually ready to deliver 100 boxes. or I have to put all 100 soap in one box and send it.
I will really appreciate it if any seller can help to answer me with these questions with their experiences.
Thanks a lot in advance.
Cheers!
Alan

Welcome to selling on Amazon… You only pay the Professional Seller Fee once, for the entire European marketplace.
Prior to sending any inventory into FBA, a VAT registration will be necessary in every country where you plan to store your inventory.
A VAT registration in Cyprus won’t be sufficient, as I already mentioned.
When packaging items to send them into FBA, all units can be included in the same box, but ensure they are labeled in accordance with Amazon’s guidelines.
Since you are a new seller doing FBA, you will firstly need to carefully review all Amazon help files, which include detailed instructions, videos and guidelines concerning every step of the process.
Start with the general FBA help page:
