ODR is driving me ABSOLUTELY INSANE!
Hi All
We had a tech glitch in august which torpedoed our orders and resulted in various not being sent.
We spotted the order - refunded everyone and resent their box free of charge despite the customers logging AtoZ claims which seem to sticky in the system for supposedly 60 days but ive got no idea what the point of that is.
The STUPID ODR RATING WONT DROP! infact its going up despite us not having any problems the last 6 weeks
But because amazon has torpedoed my sales and removed my buy box, each remaining complaint is having a bigger and bigger impact on the ODR score due to the volume of orders going from £1000 a day to 0 or 1 order max.
For example:
I had 12 complaints out of 576 - which is 2%
Now 5 out of 411 leaving me just over 1%
Next week its going to be 5 out of 200 orders
Week after who knows
My order volume has dropped off a cliff - ODR is going up not down - Removing the buy box quite literally stops you fixing the problem and staying within the metric. The way its going by the time this works its way through its going to be January
Is there anything we can do?
I’m absolutely sick of this honestly - Amazon seem to have no understanding how ridiculous it is to continue to punish sellers that
A) Acknowledged the mistake
B) Fixed all the orders
C) Are just about to become a vendor
I also have single orders which count for 2 because they can log a AtoZ and leave negative feedback - so one order literally counts as 2!
Its just frustrating that when things go wrong they just destroy your account and leave you to sink with no help
What can we do!!!

Well if its any consolation, ODR is only calculated on the last 60 days, so it won’t be affecting you all the way through to January unless you keep having problems.
As you said you have had no problems for the last 6 weeks that means in 2 weeks your ODR should go back to an acceptable level and things should go back to normal (assuming it was a once off tech glitch in August)
