Order refund button
Hi
I am a new seller, and just received an email from seller central that “We have initiated a refund in the amount of GBP XX to Mr XX for the following items: XXXXXX.”
Do i need to take any action? Does I need to press order refund button in front of that order who’s refund is requested?
Or I have to do nothing, Amazon will take care of that and refund the customer?
