Orders NOT showing in click and drop - SOULTION
Just wanted to give people a heads up! The “glitch” on Friday from around 4pm till 11pm resulted in orders not coming through. This issue is now resolved, however, click and drop is NOT importing these orders in automatically… it only imports new orders after around 11pm on Friday.
To solve you need to go to click and drop settings > integrations. You need to remove the Amazon integration and re-add. I found it best to start a fresh. So go to add integration for Amazon and then go to the settings on Amazon and disable click and drop permissions and then enable it again and it will set it up like new… continue in click and drop with the setup process and when it asks you for the name at the top (will say something like your royal name name / company name - Amazon" just add a number of something after the Amazon part so it detects that it’s a completely new integration.
Click save / accept and give it 30 minutes and them orders should show up… I help that helps some people…

Ok that worked, however i have twice the amount of orders to ship in my Click N Drop account now,
I have a load in the ready to print section that was there before, and now allot of those orders are also showing up in new orders field waiting for postage to be applied.
What did you do? which ones can we safely delete?

Ok spoke too soon, on reintegration it is only showing some of the orders again, and the ones that were in ready to print are lost…
I would hold off from doing this until it is fixed

Classic Royal Mail, I swear they’re going further down the drain year on year. Do you have to re-add all custom rules that were set and also product costs that have been edited in the past?

I redid all of mine manually in shipstation - which was very annoying and time consuming but has prevented duplicates coming through

I rang Amazon SS yesterday and they were less than helpful … told me to manually process the orders on time so that I didnt get any defects for late shipment. Not even any announcements so hopefully all sellers realise there is an issue.
So I printed them off and input manually took me a couple hours yesterday but done now .

I’m currently buying shipping through Amazon (looking to move away, but that’s another issue.)
Anyway, I noticed a bunch of pending orders had disappeared, but my inventory was showing otherwise. Did some probing and eventually found that the payments had gone through, but they weren’t showing up in the dashboard.
A full flush of browser and app cache data solved it. If I hadn’t done it, I’d have missed 50+ orders.
So, if anyone had a lull during the period the OP mentions, please check.
