Please anyone able to help

Hai,

I am a New seller to amazon.just activated my Amazon account in April.

I have selling Yankee candles in my account. Candle is selling very well. Sold around 35 candles and one customer send a message stating candle is fake and she can get the candle for £2.99.

I assume customer is claiming for candle and refund.

Amazon blocked my listing and send a message stating required invoices showing the purchase of products before 20/06/20 at first.

I have submitted relevent invoices (scanned copies). Then I received a message stating the invoice provided dated after 20/06/20. But I rescanned and zoom the invoice dates and resubmitted.

I have received a message again mentioning Amazon required an invoice before 20/04/20 that’s is even before my account activation.

In my account sale’s is happening and I am sending the product. But my balance not showing up and it showing as account level reserve.

Can anyone able to help me how I can resolve this.

So is your invoice dated prior to listing the items ie April 2020? Amazon want to see prof of purchase from an official supplier of the goods you bought prior to starting listing.
Your funds will be held till then it appears

I am surprised Amazon only want to see invoices, Yankee is a protected Brand and very specific about who they authorise to sell and distribute being a Vendor themselves.
As you can see in their contract selling online to Amazon etc…… is not permitted. Normally you would need an official Letter of Authorisation from them to be able to sell their products here.

Are you absolutely sure that the candles you have ARE genuine Yankee Candles ? - sadly there are some very good fakes around.
