Pricing Alerts Issues - Lack of Explanation on how to resolve
We sell an extremely popular product which we have been listing successfully on Amazon for over a year.
We are now finding that Amazon are placing pricing alerts against these products and deactivating them.
We have been in a continual dialogue with Amazon regarding how to sort out the issues, only to have the same boilerplate response to any questions we are asking about what exactly is the issue with the prices we had set as we have only had to change them since Amazon has flagged them.
Has anyone else had experience with this and how did you resolve the issue?
This is literally costing us thousands in sales.

Search the forum - lots of posts on it but no resolution apart from keep dropping the price, testing, is it back? if not drop more.

I’ve had this happen to a lot of our products since Covid-19, ESPECIALLY on Amazon Italy!!
I run our business with a simple rule… if Amazon don’t want us to sell OUR items at OUR prices, I’ll take them elsewhere and sell them.
Amazon is not the be-all and end-all it likes to think it is, as many sellers are fast realizing! You only need to look at the number of sellers who are leaving Amazon every day to realise this.
If your business is losing thousands due to Amazon, the smart thing would be to cut ties before you lose more and find an INDEPENDENT and FAIR marketplace that will allow you to set your own prices.
