can you tell me why it’s impossible to request a payment ?

Might be one of many reasons - but if you are a “new” seller ie last 18 months or so, then Amazon only disburse your funds a set time after last possible expected delivery date (maybe 14 days or so).

If you look at your payments summary, in statement view, right at the bottom of the calculations is a balance figure. This will usually have an indicator as to why your balance is unavailable for transfer. There is usually a little query mark next to the balance and / or the balance is in red. Click on that and an explanation usually pops up. If it does not, then you may need to contact seller support.
