Problem with Inpost Locker
Our village Co-Op store has just had a brand new Inpost Locker installed in its carpark but when I tried to use it for Evri parcels the error message comes up ‘Parcel not recognized’
I rang the helpdesk number on the screen and they said that evri parcels had to go to a shop 10 miles away!
Anyone else had this issue?[

I assume that couriers would need to sign up to use Inpost, just because a locker is nearby doesn’t mean that Evri actually go anywhere near it or possibly pay Inpost to collect from it and drop off with them
Besides isn’t it something like an Amazon locker? You can have your delivery made to your locker instead of your home, which presumably you lease, or pay per delivery for the use of?
if Evri say the nearest drop off point is 10 miles away… then its 10 miles away…

Whenever I’ve used InPost lockers, I’ve purchased actual InPost postage. Though I still can’t get my head around the fact that I read somewhere Evri actually take (some or all, I don’t know) InPost items and do the last leg - delivery. Even in remote areas, where if I’d bought Evri postage, there would be a surcharge.
