Problem with Royal Mail Account in Amazon Buy Shipping
Can anyone help me?
I have just linked my Royal Mail Account with Amazon Buy Shipping Services. I now have my negotiated rates from Royal Mail up in Amazon Buy Shipping.
I have just bought and printed off labels - but the person who collects my parcels from Royal Mail won’t take them because he needs a manifest. Has anyone else come across this problem - don’t know what to do or how to send parcels.

You need to create a separate manifest from within Amazon for all orders going through Amazon.
They should also be sacked separately to any other orders you have elsewhere.

goto Order Reports - End of Day and print out the manifest for teh day

We had the same problem when we switched over. As it was all online we had no paperwork to give them, but we find using the end of days forms work well. We also print out 2 x copies (one of us also).
This gives RM the numbers of each service used and what they are collecting.
They don’t need to be packaged separately either. We send on our own sites and other platforms and they all go together. Its just something for Royal Mail to have to sign.
