Problems with EUK5
Is there a way to alter the fba warehouse when sending inventory to Amazon? 9 out of 10 shipments go to EUK5 (Peterborough) and I am having so much trouble with them. I have just had a case where 48 units were delivered and it is now showing as closed with zero units received. The shipments are taking as long as 5 weeks to be delivered and when I queried this with UPS they told me that it was the receiver who keeps refusing delivery. When they finally arrive, they are regularly “losing” a lot of items. Also when it shows as delivered, it can take weeks to be received. Every other destination is delivered quickly and made available for purchase straight away. Anyone know a way to avoid EUK5?

No, other than to keep recreating the shipment and trying that way.
But frankly, all of the FBA centres seem to be in the same boat at the moment.
Though they are slowly getting better now.

Same boat delivered 15th, no update, only 4 days but I’m not holding my breath 4 other boxes received within 24 hours this week from other centres

Not had any shipments to them but have been having constant issues with LBA2 shipments. Keep getting them and makes me wish I could pick the FC so much, all of my packages stuck at UPS waiting for delivery for over a week, seriously ruining my sales for January
