Product Images question
Hi does anyone know weather me selling a product what has images of a baby using it as a pillow a policy violation if my product is in fact a plush toy not a pillow the main image etc is just the elephant by itself but one image has it being used by a baby as a pillow

It is my understanding that you need Product Liability Insurance rather than Public Liability Insurance.

The insurance company i got it with included public and product insurance
