Product Images switched without authority
The images of one of my products has been switched, without knowledge or athority, to a completely different product. The edit function does not allow me to correct this and I cannot contact Amazon. How do I correct this embarrasing error?

This happens a lot - if you cannot change the pic yourself then the only option is to ask Amazon to change it for you. They will require proof of correct pic such as website address of manufacturer with proof of barcode.

It is very likely that another seller updated the description to advertise a different version of the product to take advantage of the listing’s reviews/ranking, this could have happened on a different Amazon site as well.
Now, if you don’t have the listing control, the only way how to make Amazon accept your changes is to open a case with the Seller Support under “Products and Inventory” - “Product page issue” and “Fix a product page”.
You will be asked to provide some proof supporting your desired updates, such as a link to the manufacturer’s website.
