What do you mean 'not showing as available? I suggest you post an ASIN to enable to look at the item - or a screenshot.

I agree with @malcolmlowing1, you are probably going to have to jump through more hoops because you are trying to sell hand sanitiser.
It’s simply not that simple at the moment.
Get in touch with SC, you might get lucky and get someone who can advise you as to what it is they want to see to properly activate your listing.
