Remove free returns
Anyone know how to remove free returns? I make my own t shirts and some buyers are ordering X2 t-shirt to try on, then return one and I have to pay £3.30 for them to return

Unfortunately you cannot remove free returns, on clothing category it is a requirement that you provide these, and is a cost that you have to allow for within your costings. Unfortunately we seem the same with PPE, and Safety Footwear - customers order multiple sizes, and then send back all bar the one that fits best.
Annoying, but something you have to live with in order to sell on here unfortunately.

We also sell our own printed t-shirts and we rarely have this problem. It used to happen to us maybe twice a year, which increased to twice per month once Amazon started showcasing the free returns more prominently.
If it’s happening to you often then you should take a look at the listing and add more sizing information, or check the accuracy of the information you already have. I recommend one of the images you upload containing the sizing shown across a tee mock up.
It could also be worth listing the type of t-shirt the print is being put on in the bullet points. You’d be surprised how many people know their size ‘In Gildan’ or ‘In Fruit of the Loom’ but not in inches.
