I had an order yesterday to be sent as a gift to someone other than the buyer. It is not a business customer order and I am not VAT registered. On checking my orders it says I have to upload an invoice for that order - the buyer has not requested one, but Amazon say I have to.
I have had the same scenario many times before but never been required to upload an invoice. Is this something new that I will have to do for all orders marked as gifts to be sent to someone other than the buyer? If so, I will simply disabled the “this is a gift” option.
It is not an issue creating and uploading one but I am too busy for this
Any thoughts? Thanks

I am having the exact same issue and I don’t know what to do
Received an email today telling me that “According to our records, you have received 34 order(s) from Amazon Business customers in December 2019 for which you have not yet uploaded an invoice”
Going to Manage Orders in Amazon, filtering my orders which need an invoice (164) and clicking the Business Customer box shows none. - see screen shot below.
Any clues? Or am I being cynical if I say that the email was designed to persuade me to sign up for Amazon VAT service by mis-representing figures?
i think @Conny_Online you need to click ‘view FBA orders’
Speaking of which, does anyone know how you can filter by Business orders on the FBA order view?
it’s really annoying that there’s no filter button for it on the FBA view
What happens if we dont spend countless hours trawling through our sales to find the one business order which needs an invoice?
