Retraction for intellectual property complaint

Hi.

I had a complaint. To cut a long story short.

We sorted it out with complaintant and they have sent several retractions and amazon say they can’t find the complaint or username etc.

The listing was listed by mistake so i do not have invoices and i did not sell the product and i have deleted the listing from my account.

The complaintant has been good at communicating with me and has also opened a case up to sort it but still got no further.

My account is in good health overall so should i be worried?

This is what i received today when i contacted them…

Please send this information, any other documentation, and a list of impacted ASINS to notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk.

Where do I send this information?

You can view your account performance (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?reftag=email_appeal) or select Account Health on the home screen of the Amazon Seller app on your iOS or Android device. I’d simply let it go and never list anything that could infringe again. It will fall off your account in good time. ( is it 6 or 12 months?)
