Within 14 days they can return and you must refund purchase and amount equal to your cheapest method of outbound shipping . 15-30 days you must refund the purchase cost only. You are not required to issue a refund until you receive the goods back.
If it is a change of mind/no longer needed then the buyer must pay return costs.

I will add that the return timeframes are calculated from the last day of the Estimated Delivery range, not from the date of the actual delivery.
