Return settings

Hi, does anyone know if you can block certain items from getting auto authorised return? Some items cost less than the pre-paid label and customers are returning product because ‘they no longer need them’

If they cost less than the pre paid label - you can apply Returnless refund Rules to them.

You can also download a Prepaid Label Exemption file here however the only reason now appears to be for a high price (and that price is over £100). It begs the question why this is even something you can exempt as amazon are well aware how much you sold it for!

Hi, can anyone please tell me if the return address has to be your home address or can it be a Fulfilment centre’s address?
