Return window extension until June 30th
I just thought I’d share this email I have just received from Amazon before lots of sellers open billions of threads, complaining about the same subject. Obviously, this was sent to me as a buyer but it gives sellers the heads up as to what to now expect from their customers. TBH, I expected this to be the case. I didn’t think for one minute that normal returns would resume whilst we are still in effective lockdown.
Return policy update
Hello,
The health and safety of our customers, employees, seller partners and the communities we serve remains our top priority. To that end, we have further extended the return window to give you even more time to get your items back to us. Most items ordered from Amazon or our Seller partners between February 15, 2020 and May 31, 2020 can now be returned until June 30, 2020.
Stay safe,
The Amazon.co.uk team

Thought you’d try and keep all the complaints to the one thread eh?

Why don’t Amazon just give a 100 year refund guarantee on everything, then you know where you are then
Make sure it includes breakages, theft the lot
