Returns - Empty Box
I have just received two returns delivered by Hermes.
Both parcels had no products in just full of wrapping paper.
Any advice on how to refund these orders?
I have emailed Seller Support, awaiting a reply.

You have the option of a partial refund, but you need to provide a photograph of the box as it came.
It won’t stop an A-Z claim or bad feedback though, so think carefully, if it’s actually worth it. Depending on the value of course.

Tell them you have received an empty box and the courier have confirmed the measured weight on collection was only 100g.

It’s advisable when you receive a return back to take photograph of how you received the goods back. See whether the order has been returned in accordance with the returns policy. Photographs can be uploaded when you decide to order a partial refund or other and evidence to support the partial refund. Video footage is useful for high value items together with serial numbers etc.
