I can’t track items on both the Royal Mail website and app this morning.
The website keeps resulting in: “Sorry, there was a problem, please try again”
The app keeps logging me out, log back in and can’t access previously tracked orders.
Maybe down to the servers being overloaded due to the Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend.

try clearing cache etc as its working fine for me - using Edge
I’ve just tried to track one and the whole website says it is unavailable. Anyone know of any workarounds?
I found that if I keep refreshing the page it eventually loads… Caused us some issues yesterday and pver the weekend

I’ve now got the Royal Mail site working both on edge and firefox, with clearing site data.
However, I still cannot log in on the desktop website and the mobile app.
Can anyone else login to the website and mobile app?
The mobile app states the following when logging into using biometrics:
Unsuccessful login
We think your password has changed.
Please login with your e-mail and password to update your login details.
When trying with e-mail and password, it states:
Login Failed
Sorry, your details could not be recognised.
Please check that you have entered your details correctly.
5 attempts remaining.

An issue on royalmail.com is preventing users from logging into their account.
Customers can purchase their postage on send.royalmail.com using the guest checkout
