Royalmail end of day report stuck on “in progress”
Can anyone please help me?!
My end of day manifest for Royalmail is stuck on “in progress” and has been like that for the last 20 hours!!
I ended up unlinking my Royalmail account and re linked it - not sure if this has caused the headache …
I’ve tried contacting seller support but they can’t seem to help me ?
Royalmail just tell me to contact Amazon
I am going round in circles and I can’t process any of my orders because the report is stuck on “in progress”
Is anyone having the same issue or has had this issue previously that can advise how to fix ?! I’m worried my account is now glitched and I won’t be able to produce any end of day reports going forward ….

close browser and move to another browser.
open RM on new browser, this may help.
alternatively check Manifest history - Click & Drop (royalmail.com) and see if it has in fact completed.

This happened to me about 6 months ago … Contacted seller support who were also unable to do anything but could see the report stuck ‘in progress’ … In short, after more than 24 hours the report downloaded and was printable … Never did find out what happened to cause the problem and seller support where still writing to me to offer ‘help’ days later …

I know you have said you hav epressed the refresh button ,
But once refresh is pressed
please check the report , it should say ready to print or re-print manifest

I use Zenstores connected to my RM Business account for my orders .
When I print a Daily RM Manifest sometimes it sticks . but I find if I click the Orders button it has already
completed the Manifest and I can print it off that way .I don’t use Amazon shipping so not sure if it the same for you .

I had this issue on Tuesday 4th - the End of Day Report / manifest didn’t appear as an option in the usual area, even through i had generated shipments. I cancelled and refunded them, then purchased shipping on Click and Drop. All worked fine again yesterday, hopefully just a temp glitch.

Just thought I would add this has happened to me with an end of day report from yesterday - requested it around 4pm and it’s still showing as ‘in progress’ now. I have used buy shipping for quite a while now with no issues like this before, royal mail OBA account isn’t showing anything for yesterday so it looks like an Amazon issue… Have contacted support so will see what they say, anyone else with this issue yesterday? bit of a nightmare.

I’ve had a response from seller support and I nearly spat my coffee out as it was actually to the point and useful!
Kindly note that our internal team has completed their investigation and determined that the issue was caused due to a transient issue, to resolve this, we have redrived the failed scanform. Therefore, you should be able to download the report now.
It would seem to be working ok again at the moment, whatever they have done has duplicated my most recent manifest charging me twice to royal mail account so that will be fun trying to sort with support but a useful reply none the less.
