If they haven’t responded yet this could be a good sign as the bot hasnt automatically rejected it. Best advice is to sit tight and wait for their contact. Many sellers who are in the situation can be waiting weeks, it’s not always a quick process. I can also depend why your account has been deactivated if you are waiting for a response to your 1st POA.
You might be better posting the original suspension and the POA you sent and the more experienced forum members may be able to advise better
