Selling on Amazon payment account VALIDATION

i submitted my business lience and id to apply to sell on uk marketplace on june 15th but have not heard any respond. I did try to reach out seller support(case id: ID 8891854902, got transfered but still not respond) Trying to following the Status of the validation and how long is it gonna take? thank you @julia_amazon @Winston_Amazon @Maja_Amazon
