Sending boxes into FBA

Hi,

I’m after weighing my boxes incorrectly and have accepted the charges.

Instead of 12 and 18 kilos they are really 16 and 22. Skus are correct.

Can I still send them in or will this hurt my account? Has anyone ever done this before?

Hi if its not already sent its easy enough just to cancel it and re-do it, under 15kg I would not anticipate any issue however if you have booked say a 10kg and its 20kg I would not do that as the 15kg is when they require you to add the heavy package labels.

If you are sending them in with the promise to be reimbursed for the shipping to or return from then beware, I was reimbursed for the shipping to but when it came to the return they denied they ever offered this.
