Setting Up Account Subscription Declined

Hi I am new to selling and have just created my account.

I am currently struggling to get the first payment to come back out of my bank account. When I first set up my credit card the transaction came out and as it has been a while since the account has been used my bank declined the transaction. How can I get it to charge the 30 pounds again?
