SFP Trial Delivery Speed Metrics Blank
Currently on SFP trial and for some reason it isn’t letting me qualify even though my metrics suggest I should. I notice that the “Delivery Speed Metrics” is totally blank and wondered why it was and if it’s something to do with me not getting through the trial. Also my orders don’t appear on the stats for 7 days so it’s effectively a week behind, is that normal? I have shipped about 110 and only 65 are showing.

Are you actually using the Prime shipping template?

Were the 65 prime next day and the other 45 non prime buyers therefore showing as 'standard ’ orders but still with the prime logo ?

hi, i’ve just finished the trial and the top delivery speed metrics bit was blank for me the whole time to, i think thats people’s views based on your delivery options and only kicks in once you have the badges, hope that helps,
