Shipping Issues with DPD (Seller Fulfilled Prime)
Good afternoon,
I do not know if anyone else has problems with DPD collecting & delivering their goods. But we are having issues with DPD collecting our Amazon Prime orders & delivering them on time, this then impacts on our Seller Performance & just over the last 2-3 weeks we have had our Amazon Prime Badge suspended.
It is a nightmare as we then have to contact the DPD Seller -Onboarding Team to ask for an e-mail that we can then forward on to the Amazon Case Log & ask them to reinstate our badge. This then takes Amazon 2-3 days to activate our account again.
We also use Amazon Shipping & Royal Mail to ship our smaller orders, this seems to work well but because DPD can take anything up to 31kg we really seem to have to use them.
Does anyone use DHL & if you do how do you go about asking them to collect rather than DPD?
We are just at the end of our tether with DPD & seem to be going around in circles week in week out

As far as I’m aware, you simply can’t use DHL for SFP. So it seems to be a bit pointless going down that route.
Have you spoken to the local depot directly in regard to your collections?
I use DPD myself, (though not for SFP) and have never had any issues with collections.
Same driver collects all the time and if I give him a call he will delay/arrive early etc as is needed (within reason).
