Shipping over Easter

Hi All,

We have the Easter break in the UK from 15/04 to 18/04, our couriers will not be making any collections over this time period. I am being advised by Amazon we are required to still dispatch. Is this correct?

Amazons allocated holidays are only on 15th and 18th (you can see this in the settings>shipping settings>General shipping settings), so if you normally ship on 16th/17th (sat and sun) you will be expected to.

My normal operating days for instance are Monday to Friday (I don’t do SFP) so I won’t be expected to ship on 15th or 18th as they are holidays, or 16th or 17th because I don’t operate on the weekends.
