Shipping templates keep resetting to Amazon default
Why do our shipping templates keep resetting to Amazon default? They work for a while and then we get a marketplace order with zero shipping, because a product has been switched from our shipping template back to the Amazon default. This is costing us money and I can’t find any information on why it might be happening.

Have you tried amending your shipping prices on the migrated template ?
And check which skus are assigned to which template

Are you on an individual or paid for account?
If individual, then the shipping templates won’t apply.
If not, then I’m really not sure what is happening. Are you certain that you have actually assigned products to the templates?
