as a handmade seller I am constantly making small improvements , or design changes , to my products ... but recently I'm finding that changes I make to my listings are not being implimented .
I contact seller support who tell me to wait 72 hours ... so I contact the managing director , who refers me to the Executive Escalation Department , who refer me to the Handmade support team , who tell me that th only way I can successfully make changes to my listings is by using speadsheets ...

In the Select the types of products that you want to sell section, please select the category that best applies for the items you want to edit. For the examples you shared, you can add GUILD_JEWELRY.
Only select UK marketplace.
Click Generate spreadsheet.
Open the file in your desktop and start editing.
Make sure to add the exact SKUs you want to edit.
In the Record action column, please select Partial update.
If you select Partial update, you can only add the attributes you want to change. All the others will remain the same.
If you add Full update, then you are required to add all the required fields, or then the products will lose the information f you didn’t added the attribute.
Save the file.
Click here to upload the file."
I have expressed to them several times that I have never used spreadsheets before in my life , and have no idea how to edit them ... but they maintain that this is the only solution to the problem .
aparently it's just not possible for amazon to fix whatever bug or issue is preventing my changes from being implimented in my listings so that the normal "edit listing" tool actually works the way it is soposed to .
