Somebody Change My Pics of Page Detail

ASIN B07S215KXD selling fake nail tips but now tool of removing blackhead things.
No idea why such people do this after all it not sell very well.
We have opened so many case.

The following is some case that looks helpful but still doesn’t work.

Fist
Seller support told us that another representative of the brand whose ASIN currently belongs has previously submitted information.So we need to get in touch with the party whose information has been adopted to see if we can reach an agreement on the change.
However we are so confused about it because we are the real brand owner and We did not authorize anyone .

Second, we offer the the attachment to prove we are the only brand and ASIN owner.
Then we was told
Update the ASIN in our Edit Details or via inventory file in order to have our contributions increased to have better control over the product data on our detail pages.

we can register products to our brand by providing the following information on our product listing:

• Brand name
• Categorization (item_type_keyword or recommended_browse_node)
• Product ID (UPC, EAN, JAN)

So we delete the listing.
Update it via inventory file after 2 days.
However it doesn’t work. The wrong pics still in the page.

Third we offer the pic of this product with UPC on it to ask relates team to help us change the pic and fail again.

Now We open a case again but have no confidence that it can be resolved.
Would be glad if eveyone can sare the same story and give us some advise.
