Sudden trouble adding new listing - error message!
Is anyone else currently getting error messages when trying to add a new product? Im seeing this:
An error occurred when we tried to process your request. We apologise for the inconvenience;
Rest assured that we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please try again at a later time.
Just want to make sure its a problem at amazon’s end and not something wrong with our account?

Have you tried a different browser just in case ?

I finally managed to get past this error by reducing the length of my SKU and removing numbers from it (not sure which of those was the cause of the issue, yet).
The page certainly used to specifically warn about invalid SKUs but perhaps they’ve mistakenly removed the code that checked at web page level.
