Suspected Intellectual Property Violation - not sure what i have done wrong - if anything?
Hi
I have received a message from Amazon informing me that one of my listings has been removed due to a 'Suspected Intellectual Property Violation’.
The reason given is - Potential Trademark Image (Logo) Misuse (PiccoCasa).
To be honest i do not really understand what it is i am supposed to have done or how i edit the listing to fix this.
I make all my bunting myself, i take the pictures myself and do the listings.
I don’t have a logo.
Any help appreciated.

What’s the ASIN of the item that you have received the alert for?
PiccoCasa, is a trademarked brand. (Or at least appears to be).

We get quite a few of these, they are 99.99% errors on Amazons part. But they don’t listen, the only way to clear them is to remove the words they are saying need to be removed.
This includes title, description, SKU, bullet points etc. Obviously if the word is in the sku, you can’t edit that. So you’re stuffed, no way to clear the “suspected” violation.
If however (not in your case I see) there are other sellers on the asin, Amazon will keep telling you to change the description (for example) even when it’s another sellers submission, so obvioulsy you can’tr edit that, and so the merry go round continues.

OMG …Please tell me the Bots have not removed it because they have confused the main image with this! (pink not red)

Bare in mind this is amazon bot driven, bots written by staff with time constraint targets but no targets re accuracy. Amazon are not at all bothered with consequences and collatreral damage, as long as the intended target is hit.
So in this case the bot has identified that the listing, your data or anyone’s, is misusing the PiccoCasa logo. Why is anyone’s guess.
Best to change all pictures and see if the listing re-appears. It can take a good number of days for this to happen.

We are getting this almost daily. Always for “suspected” violation of our OWN trademark. 99% of the time it’s on Spain or France. We have the brand enrolled in Brand Registry across all the marketplaces we sell on. How can we violate a trademark that we own?
Unlike @semtech1 we can’t just delete them. These products are enrolled in PanEU. When one gets blocked on ES it affects the PAN EU eligibility across the whole of PanEU. These can take many emails and days to get fixed.

Thanks for all the replies. Amazon reinstated the listing last night.
They did not clarify why they had removed it in the first place.
