Technical Issue

I’m very disappointed. At first, I lost my Parent listing. After that when I tried to give a new listing I’m facing technical issues. Now, How can I solve this issue?

There is not enough information to determine what you should do.

If your parent has been deleted then you would need create a new one. Once it has been created you then need to reattach the child variations.

The best way to do this would be using uploads rather than doing it through the add a product pages.
