Please can someone help?
I am in the process of setting up my account(business account for Ltd. company)
(13/07/20) I submitted all requested documents
(14/07/20) I received 2 messages back
one - [Alert] Important information about your Selling on Amazon payment account, this was blank
two - For the beneficial owner:
– A copy of the photo and information page of a valid passport or residence permit.
We do not accept screenshots.
I sent a request for further information reference the first message & resubmitted my driving licence against the second message.
(15/07/20) 3rd message received - Your information is verified – Start selling on Amazon now.
My account is still deactivated.
(17/07/20) I received a response from my message to seller support asking for further information that stated - The Identity document you provided was not fully clear and readable. Please provide a copy of your passport.
Please provide a passport meeting the below criteria and ensure the information matches the information in your Seller Central account.
I opened a case against this asking if further (better quality) images of my driving licence would be acceptable as I do not have a passport.
(19/07/20) the above case has now moved to “Transferred Case”.
Will I get a response on this or am I better just applying for a passport now?
Does the message I received on the 15th mean my Driving Licence was accepted & my account will be activated soon?

Hi its going to do no harm.uploading again scan it if you can it also mentioned you payment method check the card in your charge methot under account has been accepted.
