The seller's authentication fails

I was a seller registered by myself in March. After the registration was completed, the account was immediately closed for review. I provided all the materials I could. Personal, corporate, credit card, debit account.
These data are all authentic, issued by the national government.
But their response to me was, “Insufficient information, unverifiable.”
I don’t think they reviewed the material carefully. I wonder what I should do now?
The seller that oneself register even if material is true, also cannot pass?
