One of our listings B01MPXPZJB has changed to “This item is only available from third-party sellers”
We list it as available in FBA & FBM.
It seems to be a recent change to a long standing listing.
If searched for it can be found, but what does it actually mean & will it have any effect on sales?

I have checked your listing with ASIN and all I can see is the “Available from these sellers” wording, which simply indicates that you don’t have the BuyBox.
Unfortunately, the BuyBox algorithm depends on multiple factors and there is no guarantee you will have it on any listing, even if you are the one who originally created it and there are no other sellers competing with you.
It means that your customers are unable to put the product in their basket directly from the product page and need to proceed to view all the offers.

Have the prices gone up recently?
Amazon seems to think that any increase in price is not acceptable.
And once you go over the percentage increase that they accept, the buy box disappears.
If that is the case, then all you can do is wait and eventually it will come back with the higher price.
