Time to leave 13 years of hell

after 13 years of waking up every morning to the worry of this happening that happening am finally free of the amazon grief , back in 2009 it was so easy money out in real time no do this do that the final straw was ioss killed my business totally 50% of all orders i send to Europe come back 25% get lost pointless now.any one ever got to speak to a real person on amazon ? no chance,
av gone from 250k a year to 60k with more then half being refunded
