Tracking compliance low - question

Hi All, we use Royal Mail OBA for our shipping, and we made the call to send everything by large letter (even though letter sized) so we can use Royal Mail 48 and everything would be tracked - we linked our OBA to Amazon and everything links ok - when manifesting the tracking numbers come through and shipping all looks correct- however on our compliance report we have a tracking compliance of 33.3 per cent - how is this possible when 100 per cent of our items are tracked !!!

VTR is calculated on a rolling 30 day basis and has a lag of around 10 days to two weeks. It puts orders into the window based on their promised delivery dates, so it takes a while for orders to come off it once they’re on it. If you started using RM48 fairly recently (within last 6 weeks or so) then it’s probably your old invalids dropping down your VTR still.

If you want to be sure, download your VTR defect report and post a screen shot of it here to be checked.

Note that any RM48 that don’t receive a delivery scan will show on the report as invalid, but will be verified by Amazon in the background without you having any problems. This means your VTR will end up being in the range of 70-90% ish, but that will be fine.
