You will need to give us a bit more info to be able to help.
Your VTR is all dependent on how you send your items, which carrier you use, what method and how you confirm shipment.

In my case, almost everything goes out Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for (at considerable expense). My VTR rate hovers around 50%, with no obvious correlation between individual items and a recognised successful delivery. The rate of INRs reported has stayed about the same since the pandemic began.

I emailed Amazon about this after getting a warning; an investigation was opened and every other day Amazon emails to say that the investigation is ongoing.

Hi,

I thought I would join in this debate as there hasn’t been much on VTR :frowning:.
Just a quick question on this subject. If you send items ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ - it counts as valid, but if you send lower value items ‘Royal Mail 1st class with proof of posting’, this shows as invalid VTR. Is it as simple as that, or is there something we can enter from the proof of posting receipt to validate VTR?
