Trying to list for the 1st time headache

Hi…i just signed up for a business account and had my email from amazon saying i can start selling now. But trying to list my product is proving a nightmare. When i put in the details and pick the category for example hair care/shampoo and click next, i get this message in a new window "
***Problem with your Seller Account
You’re currently unable to add or edit listings because either the credit card on file is invalid or the credit card is in the process of validating, which could take up to 24 hours. Please ensure that you have a valid credit card uploaded in Account Settings.
Return to your Seller Account

Now as i said, i got the email from amazon saying my credit card is validated and i can start selling now. Why am i getting this message?
Any ideas guys?
