Unable to add identity documents

Hi,
I am trying to upload my passport in order to get my acccount set up and verified however the upload button is not doing anything, i would be grateful for any advice on how tto get this working.

If the button is greyed out you will have to contact the verification dept and ask them to “enable” the button for upload.
