Unable to upload new products

In the last few days, I found that I can’t upload new products, if I batch upload with a form it will happen that the new product and the old product use the same ASIN and title, even though I’ve renamed the title for the new product, it will still happen, have you encountered it and how did you solve it, is it because of the problem of the update of the back-end of the amazon?
