Ungating Process
We are looking at making an order for hair&skincare products. 10 lines have restrictions on.
We are looking to make a first-order with our supplier and we use a fulfillment team to prep our stock.
It mentions when attempting to un-gate the products to feature, live photos, rather than computer-generated images
Clearly display all sides of the product or its packaging.
How can we do this if we are sending the stock from the supplier straight to our fulfillment centre?
We do not want to make an order, subsequently to be sitting on stock.
Has anyone else had this issue, any feedback or help would be appreciated.

Did you not ask for samples before taking on a new line?
If not, ask your supplier if they’d either send you samples or take the photos for you.
This may be at a charge, but if they want repeat business they may accommodate you.
