Uploading a signature proof to defend an A-Z claim
I’m not that new but this is a first for me.I have uploaded the tracking details just before the parcel was sent and now the buyer is claiming an INR.
The buyer has started an A-Z and Amazon are asking for a signed POD.but there is nowhere to attach a screenshot within the A-Z info. comments box.
The Parcelforce tracking does show a signature on the website but this can’t be copied as it’s not a text. form ,just a series of squiggles.Elsewhere on the forums ,sellers are suggesting sending a PDF as a proof but I’m not sure how to do this .
Can anyone point me in the right direction.

If the signature is online, just do a screen capture of it.
If using windows 10 then just got search and start typing snipping tool
Can’t say where to attach it though as I’ve never had to defend a a-z before

You can send the PoD as an attachment via email by replying to the email sent asking for proof.
